VYP is pleased to host the MV Bob Barker from the Sea Shepherd fleet

The M / V Bob Barker is the most feared of the Sea Shepherd fleet by Japanese whalers.
It was the protagonist of 6 Antarctic campaigns in defense of whales in the Cetacean Sanctuary in the Southern Ocean and of the last campaign in defense of the Antarctic cod.

In ten years of Antarctic campaigns the Sea Shepherd fleet has saved the lives of over 5,000 whales.

The crews on board the ships of Sea Shepherd are composed of volunteers from all over the world that risk their lives to safeguard a common heritage of humanity, the oceans, the foundation of our own life on this planet.

We are pleased to host you at our moorings free of charge, the ship will be moored in Riva San Biagio on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February
