This is a very exciting new project currently under development for 2007 that looks set to bring some much awaited new berthing to Venice! Located at "the Zattere" in the southern part of Venice's historic centre, these new berths will unlock one of the most enchanting zones of the city.

The zones of San Trovaso and Dorsoduro provide a sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle of Rialto and St. Mark's. Life here is quintessentially tranquil! Zattere boasts an almost "holiday at the seaside" type atmosphere with a wonderful sense of open space and calm. Do as the Venetians do; sit back and watch the world go by in one of the numerous bars or restaurants and time will just seem to stand still!

Behind the Zattere, you'll discover an artist's or architect's paradise. Churches, museums, art galleries, hidden restaurants, bars and cafes - there's something here for just about everyone! Just 10 minute's walk from the berths you'll find Campo Santa Margherita which is one of the liveliest night-life spots in Venice often the venue for live music.
