Riva Dei Sette Martiri
Riva dei Sette Martiri has
proved to be extremely popular with our clients, and offers a prime
location for your stay. The quayside is strategically located on the
Eastern side of the city between Giardini and Arsenale with many of the
city's most impressive sights close at hand.
St. Mark's square is only
about 15 minutes walk away, and the rest of Venice is within easy reach
either by water-taxi or via the frequent water-bus service. If you're
planning on visiting the International Biennale art exhibition, Riva
dei Sette Martiri couldn't really be better placed, offering easy
access to both the main exhibitions at Arsenale and Giardini. Nearby
Via Garibaldi and the surrounding zone of Castello is lively and offers
a large selection of shops and services. Indeed the zone is still
inhabited by many Venetians and thus provides a real insight into
modern day life in the city.
The berths themselves are situated between bollards
3 and 9 as indicated on the
popup plan.
As of 2006 the quayside has been equipped with
a Wi-Fi hotspot providing 24/7 adsl internet
access to all those who request it. A
point well worth noting is that due to the large
amount of traffic in the St. Mark's basin, vessels
of less than 25 metres in length may suffer from
the non indifferent wave action - by all means contact
us for further advice on this issue.
