Venice Yacht Pier was set up with the participation of it's major share holder Venezia Terminal Passeggeri in June 2004 with the principle objective of improving and developing Venice as a destination for megayachts.

As has been well documented by several highly regarded pleasure boat periodicals, over the past 5 years Venice has experienced exponential growth as a yachting destination. This trend looks set to continue with Venice's unique elegance and charm bringing back visitors year in year out.

An ever busier calendar of events coupled with sustained increases in the number of yachts means that space is without doubt the single largest constraint to the continual development of the industry. We here at Venice Yacht Pier look to address this problem by proposing and investing in new ideas for berths whilst at the same time both improving and maintaining existing ones.
